Simpson Transport are proud to be different. We are not carriers, not part of any parcel or pallet system, not members of any mismatched exchange group, we are simply Simpson Transport.  

Because we have full control of our business our customers can expect not to suffer any service failures, damages or losses. Other logistics businesses and couriers regularly attempt to copy us, or stalk us to try to steal our customers away. These attempts are usually in vain, because our customer base is loyal, something we will never take for granted but will always understand.

Our customers know to expect service excellence as standard. No corner cutting or rushed responses but a truly exceptional service that always puts customer service before service cost. We never put our bottom line before our service offering and this has built an enviable reputation and a constantly expanding workload, which means the bottom line catches up but never overtakes our customer service.

Our reputation has been built on honesty, integrity and service. We can't be copied by our rivals because many of their promises have no real substance beyond the sales slogans. We literally put our money where our mouth is and our customers know we will always put them first and foremost everytime.

We're looking to add strength to our network through strategic alliances. I am keen to discuss opportunities for mutual growth through various ways.
